When ordering items that have a zero or negative quantity please keep in mind the following:
The zero or negative quantity available means that we do not currently have the product in-stock, we must order it.
In some cases receiving back order items may take up to 2 weeks after your order has been placed. If your order was placed during the weekend or after 5pm PST M-F the order will be processed the next business day.
If you place your order with any items that must be back ordered we will wait until the entire order can be shipped at once.
If you would like us to ship your order in stages as the items arrive, please contact one of our sales representatives during our business hours (8am to 5pm M-F PST/PDT) @ 800.523.8677 with details regarding the back ordered items and they will be able to answer any other questions you may have about your order.
