    • Q: When will you have a certain product in stock?


    A: If you wish to make an order for items that we do not currently have in stock you may enter in the quantity you would like to order in the quantity box for that item then press the "send to cart" button, proceed to checkout and complete your order. Until the item(s) is actually ordered, then ordered from the manufacturer, we will not be able to provide precise information on its arrival. There is no extra charge for ordering non-stock items; however, waiting till an item comes in stock before ordering it may cost you some time because we are not aware that you're waiting for it unless you place an order. In most cases receiving back ordered items can take up to two weeks from the time the order was placed.
